What I do with your data.

Updated on 29 October 2026.

Who

Kejos is a brand of CMMNCTN bv, Zijpstraat 51, 2570 Duffel, Belgium, company number 0818.620.018. I, Andy Van Laer, am responsible for your data. Questions about it go through the contact form, by email to andy [at] kejos.be or by phone on +32 497 708 783.

No cookies

This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and contains no tracking or advertising pixels. That is why you see no cookie banner here.

What I keep

Only what you fill in on the contact form: your name, your email address, your company if you add it, your question and the language of the page. The hosting also keeps technical data, such as your IP address, to keep the site secure and working, and counts visits per page, country and device type. I see no names or individual visitors in it.

What for

To answer your question and, if it fits, to make a quote. You ask for contact yourself; that is the basis on which I use your data. I send you no newsletter or advertising and I sell your data to no one.

Who processes it

The site, the database and the email notification run on Lovable (Sweden). Lovable works with its own subcontractors, possibly outside the European Economic Area. In that case it happens with the safeguards the GDPR requires. Your data travels encrypted over the internet and sits in a database only the server can access.

How long

Messages from the form are deleted automatically after one year. I delete the email notification I receive within the same period. If it becomes a project, I keep what I need for that project and for the accounts.

Your rights

You can ask which data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a common format. Send me a message; you get an answer within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
