About
I'm Andy Van Laer. I make complex things simple.
I come from graphic design. With Butterslides, I've worked for large Belgian companies for years, where complicated stories have to become clear. With Kejos, I do the same for software: I find out where it hurts, design how it should work and build it with AI.
Other builders have the same tools. What I bring is knowing where to tap.
The name
Kejos is chaos, the way you pronounce it. I start where it's chaotic: a process that's stuck, a pile of spreadsheets, an idea that doesn't exist yet. I end with something that works.
No agency
An agency invoices the hammer: hours, project managers, status meetings, revision rounds. I invoice knowing where.
| Agency | Kejos | |
|---|---|---|
| Who you talk to | An account manager, a project manager | The person who thinks, designs and builds |
| Quote | Long, in hours and phases | One page: what you get, what you don't, the price |
| First result | After weeks of workshops | Fast, and something you can click |
| Price | Higher than estimated, plus extras | Fixed |
| After delivery | Depends on the agency | Yours: the code, the documentation, the workspace |
That doesn't make me cheap. The price is lower because the overhead is gone, not because the work is worth less.
Not a developer
I don't write code. I build with AI, up to a version that works. Just as the engineer isn't the captain: he makes it run, someone else sails.
If it grows, your developers take the helm, with the code and the documentation.

Kejos and Butterslides
Two brands of CMMNCTN bv. If it's shown, it's Butterslides. If it's used, it's Kejos.
Tell me where it hurts
A few sentences are enough. You'll hear back from the person who solves it.
