Every project starts with the analysis. It leads to a fixed price for design and build. After each step, you decide whether to go on. I don't build anything that hasn't been designed first.

What it costs elsewhere
A Belgian agency charges €5,000 to €15,000 for a simple business tool, and €15,000 to €35,000 for an extensive application. I charge about 40% of that. Not because the work is worth less, but because the overhead is gone.
Or you rent a SaaS package. That works, until you notice you're paying for what you don't use.
