What I built
A 31-month cash plan, built around the figures from Excel. Three scenarios, conservative, normal and optimistic, that you set side by side. Sliders for profit per credit, channel mix and opening cash, and everything recalculates at once: key figures with break-even, EBITDA and costs per year and per cost line, a cash chart and a monthly matrix where you can edit every cell. With export to Excel, in Dutch and English, and shared through invitations.
